Karen Gentille

Karen Gentille, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2023, at the age of 72. Cherished daughter of the late William and Laura Gentille; devoted mother of Matthew (Jennifer) Hinkston and Michael Hinkston; dear sister of Patricia (Ron) Gardner, Marcia (Phil) Hodur and late Paula (Jim) Baley; Karen was also a beloved aunt, cousin, and friend to many.

Karen was a devoted and loving woman, she was a member of St. Peter Catholic Church. Karen worked as a high school special education teacher for over 20 years. She was a dedicated and compassionate teacher to many students within Pattonville Highschool and also taught for many years at Cedarville Highschool in Arkansas.

After her retirement, Karen spent her time traveling, volunteering and spending time with her family. She was a wonderful woman who cared deeply for her family and friends. Karen was dearly loved and her presence will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
