Karen Jeanette Wichmann

Karen Jeanette Wichmann (nee Cowens), of Hazelwood, MO, passed away Monday, December 17, 2018, at the age of 74. Loving wife of 45 years to James Wichmann; beloved daughter of Geneva Cowens; devoted mother of Brian (Heather) Wichmann, and Tracy (Mike) Mobley; cherished grandmother of Maggie Mobley, Katie Mobley, and Daniel Mobley; dear sister of Linda Cowens, Glenda Hoerstkamp, Vicki Liesmann and Bonnie Craig; aunt, cousin, and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her brother, Larry Cowens; and three sisters, Patty Weiser, Brenda Redhage, and Becky Cowens.

Karen was a loving grandmother with a gentle spirit who loved reading and watching the Hallmark channel. She also enjoyed arts & crafts and scrapbooking. Most of all, she loved her grandchildren. Karen was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
