Kathe “Lore” Valle
May 24, 1926 — May 10, 2015
Valle, Kathe 'Lore' of Maryland Heights, MO, died on Sunday, May 10, 2015, at the age of 88. Loving wife of the late Lt. Colonel John C. Valle (U.S. Army, ret.); beloved daughter of the late Wilhelm and Ida K. Binder; devoted mother of Susanne (Gary) Watkins, Carl (Kacey Cowdery) Valle, Lore (Bernard "Bernie") Wise, Nancy (Nat) Harrington, John (Linda) Valle II, and Heidi (Greg) Smith; cherished grandmother of nine; and treasured great-grandmother of seven. She is preceded in death by one grandchild and her twin sister Inge Lindner.
Lore was a telephone operator for many years. Lore and Chet were married on November 9, 1955 in Bad Windsheim, Germany. They enjoyed a 20 year career and multiple worldwide tours in the U.S. Army. Lore was an avid Cardinals fan, but most of all enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed.
