Memorial contributions may abe made to St. Charles Presbyterian Church. Katherine W. McGaffin, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at the age of 99. Beloved daughter of the late William Combs and Carrie Harris; loving wife the late Rev. Andrew McGaffin; dearest mother of the late James Farr McGaffin and dear sister of Gordon G. Wilson. Mrs. McGaffin was a 1931 graduate of St. Luke's School of Nursing, St. Louis, Missouri. She served with her husband in nursing missions in China, Arizona and Nevada, Colorado and Missouri.
