Stewart, Kathleen D. (nee: Hackmann), of Wentzville, MO, died Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of the late Herbert F. Stewart; cherished daughter of the late Leland and Dora Hackmann; devoted mother of Herbert J. (Vickie) Stewart, Wayne J. (Vickie) Stewart, Ronald L. (Sheila) Stewart, and the late David Stewart; dear mother-in-law of Vicky Stewart; loving grandmother of 12; treasured great-grandmother of 15; treasured sister of Charles (Mary Lou) Hackmann and Robert Hackmann.
Kathleen was preceded in death by her grandson, Jason Smothers and her siblings: Floyd Hackmann, Dorothy Ohrman, and Lorraine Hackmann.
Kathleen’s greatest joy was spending time with her family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
