Dear daughter of the late Gillia and Pearl Portell; dearest wife of the late Robert Welko, devoted mother of Vicki (Don) Boehmer, Christie Welko and Steve (Lisa) Welko; beloved grandmother of Katy (Patrick) Osredker, Shannon (Michael) Goss, Abby Boehmer, Tara Welko and Craig Welko; great-grandmother of Gage Goss and Alaina Osredker; dear sister of Virginia Hearst, Elwin Portel and Paul Portell. She is preceded in death by 4 sibling. Mrs. Welko was a member of Knights of Columbus Auxiliary, volunteered and worked for United Services for the Handicapped.
