Kathleen Ann Royster

Kathleen Ann Royster (nee Bridges), of Wentzville, MO, passed away Sunday, January 14, 2024, at the age of 77. Beloved wife of Randal Royster; cherished daughter of the late Alfred and Helene Bridges. Devoted mother of Tina Boyer and the late David Boyer, and stepmother of Cori (Katrina) Royster; loving grandmother of Sydney Ann Gipson, Dominic, Vincent and Natalie Royster; dear sister of Elaine Koonter, Sheila Bridges, Mary Mansfield, William Bridges, and John Bridges; host to many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; grandmother to her favorite furbaby, Stella and mother to furbaby, Charlie. Preceded in death by her two brothers, Michael Bridges and Alfred Bridges; and sister, Denise Bridges.

Kathleen was married for 33 wonderful years to Randy. Kathleen was a woman of many passions and joys. Her deep affection for dogs was evident in every aspect of her life, as she surrounded herself with the companionship and loyalty they brought. Beyond that, Kathleen embraced the role of being a grandma, cherishing the moments spent with her grandchildren. She graduated from Mercy High School in 1964. Kathleen enjoyed trying new recipes and especially enjoyed baking Christmas cookies. In her leisure time, Kathleen could be found watching "The Voice" or True Crime shows. Kathleen was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
