Kathleen "Kathy" Sanford

Kathleen “Kathy” Sanford, of O’Fallon, MO, entered the Heavenly gates Sunday morning, August 4, 2024, at the age of 77 surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of nearly 52 years to Chancelor C. Sanford II. Daughter of Martha Crews and Robert Murphy. Sister to Lawrence (Aline) Reves, devoted mother to Brandy (Scott) Ward, Joanna Sanford, and Abigail (Jason) Griffin. Loving grandmother to Jamie, Megan (Brendan), Josh (Maggie), Jacob, Michael, Elijah, Christian, Caleb, Grayson, and Eddy. Great-Grandmother to Cleo and Chloe.

Kathy, originally from St. Louis, traveled around the world with her husband, Chan for nearly 20 years, starting their family before eventually settling back in St. Louis. God and family were her greatest loves. Kathy and Chan raised three accomplished daughters, instilling in them a strong work ethic. Deeply dedicated to her Christian faith, she was an active member of Grace Church, St. Louis. She enjoyed watching movies and spending time with her large family. Kathy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
