Kathryn Breneman

Kathryn Breneman (nee Redmond), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Monday, February 10, 2025, at the age of 89. Beloved wife of Robert Breneman; cherished daughter of the late Leo and Mary Katherine Redmond. Devoted mother of John (Darlene) Breneman, Barth (the late Laurie) Breneman, Paula (James) Russell, Julie Lewis, Donna (Mark) Fitzgerald, Karen (Drex) Istre, and Dan (Nancy) Breneman; 19 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren plus several step-grandchildren; 8 siblings; loving aunt, cousin, and friend to many. 

Kathryn shared 67 wonderful years with her beloved husband. She was a loving and devoted mother, known for her intelligence, kindness, and warmhearted nature. As a longtime Girl Scout leader, she played an active role in her children's lives, always offering guidance and support. Kathryn found joy in reading, sewing, and cooking, but her greatest happiness came from spending time with her family. She cherished her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, showering them with love and affection. Kathryn was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
