Keith Payne

Keith Allen Payne, of O'Fallon, MO, passed away Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at the age of 65. Cherished son of Betty Payne and the late Reginald Payne; beloved father of Devon Payne and father in-law to Jessica Payne; loving grandfather of Skyler Payne, Allison Payne and Aspen Payne; dear brother of Greg Payne; brother-in-law of Jackie ; treasured uncle of Melissa Payne, Nicole Payne, Aaron Payne and Zack Payne; Keith is also survived by his cousins, David Frazier and Charlie Frazier, and Carol Kelly who was, not only his cousin, but best friend. 

Keith loved music and music history. His favorite era was 60’s and 70’s rock, he collected all the albums and books and knew everything there was to know about his favorite artists. Keith went to many concerts throughout the years.  

Keith was an avid Science Fiction reader and even aspired to write his own book. His favorites were Stargate and Star Trek. In his free time, Keith also collected baseball memorabilia and kept everything quite organized. Keith was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.  

Memorials may be made in Keith's name to 212 Club.
