Kenneth I. Foss

Memorials may be given to American Diabetes Association or American Cancer Society. Kenneth was the beloved son of the late Shelby and Iva Jean Foss; loving husband of Margaret M. Foss; devoted father of Ken (Nancy) Foss Jr., Sheri (Doug) Michel, Tony (Joan) Foss, Tim (Diane) Foss, Tom (Cherie) Foss and Todd (Carissa) Foss; dear brother of the late Shelby Foss, Robert Foss and Dorothy Rees; survived by siblings Gene Foss and Janet Brown; cherished grandfather of 16 and great-grandfather of 4. Mr. Foss was a member of St. Roberts Bellarmine Catholic Church and was extremely active in the community. He was the President of Iowa's Lumber Association, President of the Parish Council of Blessed Sacrament in Waterloo, Iowa, was a member of Knights of Columbus, Elks Club, Sertoma Club and was a volunteer for the American Red Cross where he was awarded, along with his wife Margaret, the 2006 Volunteer of the year. He was also an avid golfer and former owner of Foss Lumber Company in Waterloo, Iowa.
