Kenneth “Ken” Schlichting

Schlichting, Kenneth "Ken", of St. Louis, Missouri, died on Sunday, August 17, 2014 at the age of 91. Beloved son of the late Fred and Louise Schlichting; loving uncle of Dennis (Michele) Perino; cherished great uncle of Thomas (Janice) Perino; treasured great-great uncle of Mason and Maxwell; also survived by his dear friend Walter Cromwell. He is preceded in death by his sister Virginia A. Perino, and his great nephew Anthony Perino.
Ken was an accomplished musician, he proudly served his country in the United States Army during WWII and was in the 20th Army Division, he was present during the D-Day invasion.
