Kipp, fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Monday, July 5, 2004. Preceded in death by beloved parents George E. and Veronica A. Cox Kipp; beloved father of Samantha Kipp; dear brother of Gene (Pam) Kipp, Bob (Annita) Kipp and Mike (Gail) Kipp. Kevin was and always will be a Bubble in Chief of Bubble Communications Inc. a St. Charles based public relations and communications company. Kevin was strongly committed to the St. Charles community and was involved with and served on the boards of many organizations including St. Charles Borromeo, St. Charles Catholic Business and Professional Association, Catholic Community Services, Healthy Communities St. Charles County (Community Vision St. Charles County), St. Charles Rotary Club (past president), Hibernians, The Lewis and Clark Discovery Expedition, Discover 370 Corridor. He provided exceptional services for many clients including SSM St. Joseph, City of St. Charles Healthy Communities, Enterprise and Frontenac Banks, St. Louis Commerce Magazine, Economic Developement Center of St. Charles County, St. Charles County Business Record and Suburban Journals. Kevin attended St. Louis University High School and received both bachelors and masters degrees from St. Louis University. Kevin's unique wit, charm, vibrant personality and bubble hour charitable gatherings will be missed by many. His passion for his garden was only surpassed by his commitment to his community.
