Kevin Loughran

Kevin William Loughran, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Monday, January 6, 2025, at the age of 68. Beloved husband of MaryAnn Loughran; cherished son of Marilyn Schultheis and the late William Loughran. Devoted father of Sean Loughran and Megan (Lawrence) Loughran-Jennings; dear brother of Shannon (Clayton) Scharff, Gene (Tammy) Loughran, and Bill (Jenny) Loughran; son-in-law of William Johnson; brother-in-law of Stephanie (Edward) Rosen and Tracie (Chuck Kennedy) Johnson; loving uncle and great uncle and friend to many. Preceded in death by two brothers, Brian Loughran and Patrick (Cindy) Loughran; and mother-in-law, Billie Johnson. 

Kevin proudly served in the United States Navy and was extremely into strategy and studying strategy. He had a deep passion for music and was an avid guitar player, excelling with both electric and acoustic styles. He was also a dedicated gamer who enjoyed everything from video game systems to board games, war games, chess, and tabletop role-playing games like Dungeons & Dragons and Warhammer 40k. Kevin was a member of the St. Louis Chess Club and found joy in creative pursuits such as painting and drawing. Kevin was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
