Devoted husband of Charlotte Ballard; dear son of Sarah and the late Kurt Ballard; loving father of Ian Ballard, Rudi Ballard and Chris Kenney; cherished step-father of Stephenie Stewart, Stacey Hamm and Jason "Scott" Stewart; treasured step-grandfather of 2; dear brother of Spencer (Genia) Ballard and Douglas (Cindy) Ballard; dear uncle of Alex, Andy, Carrissa and little Kevin; missed by his beloved dog, Haley. He worked as a Carpeter for Fireworks Restoration.
