Kim Marie Shillington

Kim Shillington of Saint Charles, MO, passed away at the age of 62 on Monday, April 19, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Oliver Shillington II; her parents, Robert and Mardell Rice; and her sister, Pamela (the late Richard) Buschard.

Kim is survived by her children, William (Rochelle) Shillington III and Kristyn (Matthew) Vitale; her granddaughter, Sofia Vitale; her siblings, Julia (Michael) Bouck, Robert (Patricia) Rice, and Richard (Nanette) Rice; her sister-in-law, Robin (Bob) Friedlander; and her nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends.

Kim was a faithful parishioner of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. She was a caring woman who took care of her loved ones and loved spending time with her family, especially her beloved granddaughter. One of her biggest joys in life was being a mom and GiGi. For fun, Kim liked to host exciting holiday gatherings and was always looking forward to traveling. Kim made many lifelong friends and she treasured staying connected with them whether it was through seeing them in person or catching up on the telephone. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Memorial contributions in Kim’s name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
