Konnie Jeannete Mejía

Konnie Jeannete Mejía, of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Saturday, September 28, 2024 at the age of 35. Beloved daughter of Maria Elena and José Gustavo Mejía; devoted mother of Josue Fernandez; dear sister of Gustavo (Adriana) Mejía, Lainey Mejía, and Hector Mejía; treasured aunt of Christian Mejía, Isaiah "Milan" Mejía, Lucas Mejía, Jonas Mejía, Alejandro Muñoz- Mejía, and Roman Muñoz-Mejía; cherished granddaughter of Maria Irma Jurado; Goddaughter of Manuel Mejía and Daisy Mejía. Loving niece, cousin, and friend. Konnie is also preceded in death by her grandparents, Florentine Mejia, Teodulo Jauregui, and Elena Jauregui. 

Konnie was a devout member of St. Juan Diego Parish. She was passionate about cosmetology, especially nails, makeup, and lashes. Family meant everything to her, and she treasured every moment spent with them. As a devoted mother, her son was always her priority. Known for her strength and resilience, Konnie exuded warmth and energy, making her approachable and easy to talk to. She was always there to lend a listening ear and offer advice when needed. Konnie was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. 

Memorials may be made in Konnie's name to St. Juan Diego Parish or American Cancer Society.
