LaBrene P. Mann

LaBrene P. Mann, of Saint Charles, Missouri, formerly of Chicago, Illinois, passed away Friday, May 4, 2018 at the age of 87. LaBrene is preceded in death by her parents, Manuel Mann and Martha Esquivel Slouf; brother, Michael Mann; and step-brother, John Slouf.
She was a resident with Emmaus Homes from 1969-1983. She then moved to Community Living’s Independent Living Program where she remained until 2000. She worked at BCI for a number of years.
LaBrene loved all things Royal Family and reading. She enjoyed cooking, being around children, celebrating holidays, and cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals. She enjoyed the many trips she was able to take in her later years. LaBrene was a beloved resident of NHC St. Charles and held the title of longest resident in their history.
Memorial contributions in LaBrene’s memory are suggested to Community Living.
