Lawrence “Larry” W. Wehmeier

Lawrence “Larry” W. Wehmeier, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 at the age of 82. Loving husband of 62 years to Joan Wehmeier; beloved son of the late Roland and Marie Wehmeier; devoted father of Bruce L. (Katherine) Wehmeier; cherished grandfather of Jen (Robby) Summers, Rachael (Zac) Walsh, Jacob Wehmeier, and Nicholas (Tiffany) Wehmeier; treasured great-grandfather of Tyler and Madison Summers, Hayden, Hallie, and Harlan Walsh; dear brother of Marlene Meers, Mae Beilsmith, and Roland (Mary Lou) Wehmeier, Jr.

Larry was a precision sheet metal worker at Boeing and retired from Teamsters after many years. He enjoyed working on the family farm with his brother. He was a volunteer Fireman with the Orchard Farm Fire Department and was a dedicated member of Ozark Safari Fishing Club. Larry enjoyed spending time with his friends bowling and playing horseshoes. Larry was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Memorials may be made in Larry’s name to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
