Lawrence M. Kavanagh Jr.

Lawrence “Larry” M. Kavanagh Jr. of Hazelwood, MO, passed away on Sunday, April 23, 2017, at the age of 76. Beloved husband of the late Jackie Kavanagh; cherished son of the late Lawrence M. Sr. and Maxine Kavanagh; devoted father of David Lawrence (DeDe) Kavanagh, and the late Michael P. Kavanagh; loving grandfather of Ryan Eifert and Dillan Kavanagh, and the late Katie Anne Kavanagh; and dear brother of James Kavanagh, William (Donna) Kavanagh, Kathy James, Patrick Kavanagh, Anthony (Tina) Kavanagh, Michael (Margaret) Kavanagh, and the late Ida Smith. Lawrence is also survived by his sister-in-law Terry Ann (Gerald) Golden, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Lawrence worked many years for Ford Motor Company as a Personnel Director. His favorite past-times included storytelling and caring for his family. Lawrence was also a member of the Knights of Columbus - 4^th Degree Bishop Council and Good Sam Camping Club. Lawrence was deeply loved, and will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved him.
