Lawrence "Tip" Teply, of Warrenton, MO, died on Friday, January 8, 2016, at the age of 84. Loving husband of Jane E. Teply; beloved son of the late Blahoslav and Agnes Teply; devoted father of Marvin (Brenda Rees fiancé) Teply,Mark (Charlene Spencer) Teply, Carol (Larry) Monroe, and Richard (Darla) Teply; cherished grandfather of Randy (Jessica) Teply, Markie (Connie) Teply, Maria (Dennis) Nelson, Jessica Jennings, William Davis, Destiny (Chris) Silich, and Danielle Teply; treasured great-grandfather of Trenton, Tyler, Nathaniel, Airiana, D.J., Kayla, Miranda, Peyton, Samantha, Christopher, Mason, Gavin, and Genevieve; dear brother of Norma (Dwight) Warner and Patty (Art) Priebe.
Lawrence proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was a member of American Legion Post 312. He loved going to auctions, building sheds, fishing, and hunting. Most of all, he loved being with his family, they always came first. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
