Lawrie Eugene Tighe
November 30, 1952 — April 14, 2020
Lawrie Eugene Tighe, of Norcross, GA, formerly of St. Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at the age of 67.
Beloved son of the late Donald and Gladys Tighe; devoted father of Robert Tighe; cherished grandfather of Jordon Tighe, Faith and Ashleigh Tighe; dear brother of Richard (Barbara) Tighe, Thomas Tighe, and Karen Davis; and is also survived by his former wife Janice Tighe. Lawrie is also preceded in death by his daughter, Corral Jean Tighe.
Lawrie was an accountant and retired from Rock-Tenn corporation and formerly worked at ACF and Bristol Myers. He was a proud member of the NRA and USCCA. Lawrie was a gun enthusiast, Eagle Scout, who liked to golf. He loved his family and especially loved visiting his grandchildren. Lawrie was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Memorials may be made in Lawrie's name to National Rifle Association.
A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
