Leeper, Retired, of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at the age of 56. Dearest husband of Patricia Leeper; dear son of Albert L. and Margaret M. Leeper; beloved father of Albert Leeper and Aaron Leeper; dear brother of John (Shiela) Leeper, Elizabeth (Dr. James) Roher, Judith (Howard) Neely, and Tom (Dan Ashley) Leeper; dear son-in-law of Jackie Bryant and Larry (Dory) Bryant; dear brother-in-law of Barbara Lemken and Belynda Bryant. He was our dear uncle, cousin and friend to many. He was a Lt. Commander in the U.S. Navy S.C.
