Lee Francis Mack Jr., of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri, passed away Thursday, October 1, 2020 at the age of 91. Loving husband of Eleanor B. Mack; beloved son of the late Frieda and Lee F. Mack, Sr.; devoted father of Sharon Henderson, Carol (the late Joe) O'Teri, Alison Mack and Anthony Mack; cherished grandfather of Kara Henderson and Joseph O'Teri; treasured great-grandfather of Brycen Bowie, Jazyln Bowie, Odyssey O'Teri, Joseph O'Teri, Jr. and Taylen O'Teri; dear brother of Joan (the late James) Shymanski and the late Douglas Mack; brother-in-law of Judy Mack.
Lee proudly served in the United States Navy following WWII. He met his wife at The Music Box, a dance hall in Omaha, NE when they were both just eighteen. They soon married and Lee went to work at Union Pacific Railroad. He continued to work in the railroad industry, where he retired after more than 35 years while working for Norfolk Southern Corporation.
Lee and his wife loved to go dancing, and they also enjoyed fishing together. He was a real golfer and would go every chance he got. As an outdoorsman, he also enjoyed pheasant and quail hunting, and would usually head to the western part of Nebraska, including Hastings.
Lee was a man of faith and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Dardenne Prairie for more than 35 years. He was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
