Leo Barton

Barton, Leo, of Dardenne Prairie, Missouri, died on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at the age of 71. Loving husband of Diane Barton; devoted father of Mike (Peggy) Barton, Kimberly (Ray) Potthoff, David (Cindy) Barton, and step-father of Kevin (Lynn) Lehmert, Michael (Christina) Diebold, and Tamra Diebold; cherished grandfather of Drew, Nate, Meghan, Joey, Kyle, Katie, Troy, Connor, Nathan, and Jonathan; dear brother of John, Joe, Teresa, Barb, and Sandy; dear uncle to many nieces and nephews, dear cousin and friend to many; devoted owner and friend to his two loyal dogs, Pepper and Daisy. Leo is preceded in death by his first wife Catherine "Katie" (nee: O'Connell) Barton; his parents James and Ann Marie Barton; and siblings Mary, Jim, Sally, Jerry, Bob and Anne. Leo was a member of the Knights of Columbus of Florissant, MO, where he was a 4th Degree Knight and lifetime member. Leo was the kind of man who never met a stranger and never had a bad day.
