Leo Leonard Laramie, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of the late Sylvia Laramie (nee Kuchler); cherished son of the late Leo S. and Thelma Laramie (nee Babst); devoted father of Connie (Jeff) Mitchell, Leo (Nancy) Laramie and Rodney (Gina) Laramie; stepfather of Donna Jean (Doug Wilkerson) Pearman; loving grandfather of Timothy Lovelace, Alicia Lovelace, Stephanie Mitchell, Cortnie Wideman, Kyle Laramie, Nikole Trolinger, Tyler Laramie, Chris Daley, Tanya Saltzman, Tony Pearman and Calvin Wilkerson; treasured great-grandfather of Theodore Lovelace, Jayden Wideman, Jaxon Wideman, Jameson Wideman, Gabrieal Laramie, Drake Laramie, Phineas Laramie, Aubrie Ward, Kali Dooley, Kailee Dooley, Landin Daley, Tony Pearman and Cassidy Pearman; dear brother of the late Wilbur (the late Carol) Laramie, the late Kenny Laramie, Marlene (the late Mike) Pronge, Francie (Phil) Keipp, Janet (the late Walter) Meyer, Sharon (Carl) Schultz and Thelma (Kurt) Vogel; Leo is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Leo was a member of the Carpenter’s Union for 60+ years. He was a very hardworking husband, father and grandpa who had a passion for farming; he was especially proud of his ability to grow pumpkins. In his free time, he enjoyed watching western movies, Gunsmoke was his favorite; and he was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Leo was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
