Leona L. Mallinckrodt

Mallinckrodt, Leona L., (nee: Diekamp) of Saint Charles, MO, died on Monday, January 4, 2016, at the age of 83. Loving wife of the late Theodore "Ted" H. Mallinckrodt; beloved daughter of the late Arthur and Selma Diekamp; devoted mother of Dale R. (Tina) Mallinckrodt and Sharon K. (Galen) Brune; cherished grandmother of Andrew (Dixie Fox) Brune, Nicholas (Michaela) Brune, Cole Mallinckrodt, Connor Mallinckrodt, and Dylan Brune; dear sister of Elmer Diekamp and Louise (Virgil) Graveman; and survived by many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her siblings Herbert Diekamp, Arthur Diekamp, Verna Schwede, Alice Graveman, Dorothy Mallinckrodt, Evelyn Kyle, and Alvera Schmidt.

Leona was a member of Friedens United Church of Christ. Her favorite place was Frieden’s Church. She enjoyed the Game Show Network, playing bingo, listening to country music, and spending time with her family. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
