Gerard, Leonard A., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Sunday, April 11, 2010 at the age of 90. Dear husband of Margaret J. Gerard; beloved son of the late Eugene and Agnes Gerard; devoted father of Lisa (David) DeMauro and Dr. James (Anne-Margaret) Gerard; cherished grandfather of Margaret and Genevieve DeMauro, Daniel, Madeline, Theodore, Keeley and Maria Gerard; dear uncle of Eddie Gerard. He is preceded in death by 2 brothers, Eugene and Edward Gerard and 1 sister, Loretto Farrell. He was retired from Laclede Gas where he was a Meter Repairman for many years. Leonard enjoyed crossword puzzles, billiards and TV and was a St. Louis Cardinals fan.
