Leora Jones (nee: Arthur), of Saint Peters, MO, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019 at the age of 98. Loving wife of the late Leland Jones; beloved daughter of the late John and Anna Arthur; devoted mother of Sandra L. (William) Jones-Ireland of Prince Edward Island, Canada, David L. Jones; cherished grandmother of Michael David (Kathleen Waddell-Jones) Jones; treasured great-grandmother of Thomas Jones, Patrick Jones, and Alexandria Jones. Leora is preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Barbara Jones; and six siblings.
Leora was a formal member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She grew up on a farm and worked side by side with her husband, Leland, in their family businesses. Leora was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
