Lila L. Lynch

Lila L. Lynch (nee: Hicks) of St. Charles, Missouri at the age of 87 passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018. She was the cherished daughter of the late Earl P Hicks & Emma L Young-Ellis-Hicks. Beloved wife of the late John R Lynch.

She is proceeded in death by her Step-children John A (Janet) Lynch, Richard L. Lynch, Glenda Gale (Butler Dean) White; Brother, Arthur C. (Marion) Hicks; Half Siblings Robert Hicks, Glendoris Hicks, Norma Hicks, Louise Hicks, Rita Ellis Stephens, Dean Ellis and Royal Ellis.

Lila is Survived by her devoted Daughter, Martha Spencer and Son in Law James Spencer; Treasured Grandmother to Christina (Mike) Moseler & Andrea (Mike) VanHorn and two Great-Grandchildren.

Lila was born in Wickett, TX. She loved spending time with her granddaughters & great grandchildren. Lila was an employee with the Military Personnel Record center 9700 Page Ave for over 30 years of service. Upon retiring she moved with John from St. Charles to Macon County Missouri to live out their golden years. Following John’s death, Lila relocated to St.Charles to be with family. Her favorite past times were fishing, gardening, reading & animals, but spending time with her family most of all. She was filled with love for Our Lord Jesus Christ. Lila was full of love, compassion, caring and sharing with everyone. She will be loved and missed by everyone that knew her.
