Lila Lee Caul

Lila Lee Caul (nee Snow) of O’Fallon, Missouri, on Saturday December 23, 2017, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late George W. Caul; cherished daughter of the late John M. and Della H. Snow; devoted mother of Don (Carol) Caul and Ken (Colleen) Caul; loving grandmother of Ron (Melinda) Sailor, Shannon (Gary) Bond, Jeremy Caul, Lindsay (Nick) Bishop, and David (Tara) Caul, Raven Redfearn, Cindi Darrough; great-grandmother of Caleb and Sophia Bond, Abby, Allison, and Anna Caul, Tyler, Trevor, Tanner, and Tinleigh Bishop, Jessica Wells, Gabriel Hankins, Josh Stewart, Nichole Abdelmaboud, Christina Jett, and Daniel Kovach; great-great grandmother of five. Lila is preceded in death by her son Ron Sailor, and sisters Ruby, Wanda, Jane, and Elizabeth. She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Donna (Harley) Watson.

Lila was a lifelong member of the church of Christ, most recently of the St. Peters, Missouri congregation. She spent many hours each day studying the Bible and praying. Lila also enjoyed reading and working on crossword puzzles. She was employed by Kresge and Kmart; after retirement she taught preschool until age 80. Lila was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew her.

Lila will be interred at Oak Grove Cemetery, St. Louis, next to her husband George W. Caul.
