Lila Rose Uhlis

Memorials may be made to American Heart Association. UHLIS, Lila Rose, 76; baptized into the hope of Christ’s resurrection, asleep in the arms of our Lord, September 19, 2007. Lila’s first love was her family. She was married to Robert Uhlis for 56 years. He was the love of her life as she was of his. Lila is also survived by two children, Cindy (Dick) Asquith and Tom (Connie) Uhlis, both of O’Fallon, MO; five grandchildren, Nichole (Chris) Orbin, Tommy (Kelly) Uhlis, Jr., Aaron, Kyle and Lindsay, and three great-grandchildren, Brooke, Kylie and Ashlan. Lila’s smile, laugh, and love of life will be deeply missed by extended family and friends. She is now our Special Angel forever in our hearts and minds.
