Linda was born on September 8, 1947, in St. Louis, MO. She graduated from UMSL in 1971 with a degree in education and taught for 45 years. She married Terry in 1987. Together, they raised their seven children and enjoyed life. They traveled extensively across all 50 states, several different countries and loved their time in Destin, FL as "snowbirds." Linda enjoyed reading, making jewelry, Cardinals baseball (especially attending spring training in FL), baking her delicious brownies, gooey butter, cheese, and carrot cakes, and spending time with her family and friends. Linda loved to Jazzercize. She endeared herself to and became close friends with many of her classmates. They abundantly returned her love. She was a loving and always energetic grandma to her ten grandchildren, Hunter and Tessa Mudd, Lauren and Brandon Rodewald, Billy Stegemann, Jackson and Mikayla Volkmar, and Timmy, Hannah, and Emma Von Rump.
Linda was an accomplished musician and vocalist who sang with several different musical groups and the church choir. She was a friend to everyone she met, an individual who loved life and all it had to offer, and was passionate about all things she held dear. Her beautiful, infectious smile and sparkling eyes that could light up a room will be missed by all.
