Linda Sue Collins

Linda Sue Collins (nee Bong), of Florissant, MO, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at the age of 71. Beloved wife of 52 years to David Collins; cherished daughter of the late Marlynn Brenkman; devoted mother of Beth (Kerry) James; and loving grandmother of Jessica James.

Linda and David shared a joyous marital bond, finding happiness in family moments, travel adventures, and spending time with dear friends. Linda, a devoted Christian, and active member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church enjoyed being an active and devoted member of WELCA. She exuded sociability within her church community. Her affection extended to her cherished pets, Raina and Lena. Linda's character was marked by kindness, sweetness, generosity, and supreme organizational skills. Linda was a devoted wife to Dave and mother to Beth. Her favorite past time was spending time with Dave, Kerry, Beth, and Jessica. The light of her life was her sole grandchild, Jessi, whom she adored. Linda was dearly loved, and her presence will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Linda's name to St. Mark's Evangelical Lutheran in Clayton.
