Dear wife of the late Merle "Delvin" McCartney, Dear Daughter of the late Jack Neal and the late Rosa Lee Jones, Loving Mother of four Daughters, Rhonda (Randy) Milner, Roxanne Potter, Sherry (Mark) Taylor, and Teresa (Tom) Rolfes; Cherished Grandmother of Eight and Great-Grandmother of, One; Dear Sister of Anita (Bruce) Shields; Gary (Juanitta) Neal and the late Emily "Pat" Schiltz; Significant Other of Duane McCartney.
