Linnie Fay Phelan of Wentzville, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at the age of 73. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mildred Franke.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Jerald Phelan; children, Robin Phelan and Kim (Bill) Meyer; grandchildren, Cody, Carson, Anastasia, and Isabella; and sisters, Betty Umbach and Shirley Harris.
Linnie will be remembered for her gentle and loving heart. She prided herself on taking care of her family, and being the best mother, wife, and friend to her husband and two daughters.
Linnie appreciated a good crossword puzzle and was a talented seamstress, a talent that was passed on from her mother. Linnie will be remembered for her gentle and loving heart. She prided herself on taking care of her family, and being the best mother, wife, and friend to her husband and two daughters. Her presence will be deeply missed, but her memory will last a lifetime in the hearts of those who loved her.
