Beloved husband of Milo Willoughby loving father of the late Douglas Willoughby and Cynthia Willoughby; dear brother of the late Garrett T. Willoughby; grandfather of Tony, Suzanne and Bradley Willoughby, Shelly Duboeuf and Sherlyn Weisz. Mr. Willoughby was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Gateway Dolls Club and an antique doll dealer for approximately 44 years.
