Lois Helen Williams

Lois Helen Williams (nee Voelkerding), of Foley, MO, passed away Sunday, April 4, 2021 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Robert Lee Williams; cherished daughter of the late Herman Aloysius and Lydia Ann Voelkerding. Devoted mother of Paula (Chuck Lowery) Clare-Williams and Christy (Steve) Hilliard; loving grandmother of Brenna Clare, Zach (Bethany) Hilliard, Kyle Clare, Baylee Lowery, Kelley Hilliard, and Joel Hilliard; dear sister of Jeannette (the late Alphonse) Oge, the late Kenneth (Rosemary) Voelkerding, and the late Sylvia Vigni; sister-in-law of Joe Edmonds.

Lois was a member of St. Norbert’s Church, in Florissant, Mo. for 50 yrs. Lois dedicated her life to family, immediate and extended. She loved to host Christmas parties and create handmade gifts for everyone who attended. Family gatherings, vacations and camping with extended family, and weekly dinners with the friends and family were traditions that she cherished.  Lois loved animals and ensured her love for all life transcended everything she did. She was caring, and thoughtful to everyone she met. Lois was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Lois's name to American Cancer Society.
