Lois Hubbard

Lois June Hubbard (nee Green), of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Friday, August 20, 2021 at the age of 88. Loving wife of the late Billie Joe Hubbard; cherished daughter of the late Joseph Green and Cecil Green Fischer; devoted mother of Sheri Jo (Ed) Droege, Marcie Lynne (John) Coppersmith, Michael Glenn (Barb) Hubbard and the late Geary Roe (Vicky) Hubbard; loving grandmother of Aimee Droege, Kyle Droege, Christopher (Katie) Hubbard, Patricia (Jeremy) Stroup, Nicki (Chris) Roe, Ian (Jessica) Coppersmith, Chelsey (Casey) Kleisinger, Michael Hubbard, Jr., Patrick Hubbard and Matthew Hubbard; treasured great-grandmother of Jordan Droege, Shane Hubbard, Brooklyn Hubbard, Autumn Stroup, Ronan Hubbard, Liam Hubbard, Nolan Hubbard and Elliana Coppersmith; dear sister of the late Betty (Guy) Emery and the late Sue (Chuck) Phemister.

Lois was primarily a homemaker, providing unconditional love to her husband and children.   Lois always put the needs of others before her own, whether it was for her husband and children or other family or friends.  At times she performed secretarial work, with one her most fulfilling positions serving as secretary at Victory Baptist Church.  Lois enjoyed traveling to Florida with her husband, especially their walks on the beach.   Lois was a patient and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who was cherished in life and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Memorials may be made in Lois's name to Michael J. Fox Foundation.
