Lorene L. Runnels

Lorene L. Runnels (nee: Lacy), of Wappapello and most recently Warrenton, MO, died on Thursday, January 1, 2015, at the age of 88. Loving wife of the late Loren Agnew Runnels; dear daughter of the late Noah Sylvester Lacy and Bitha Lacy; devoted mother of Regina (Donald) Lawrence, Lindell K. (Marla) Runnels, and the late Ellen J. Merry; cherished grandmother of six and great-grandmother of six; and dear sister of Nelson Elmo Lacy, Mary Jane Hendershott, the late Cletus Elmu Lacy, and the late Glenora Birk.
Lorene and Loren were longtime members of Fairmount Baptist Church and the Puxico Baptist Church. Lorene was employed at international Shoe Factory, Garment Factory, and Francis Howell High School; but she mostly enjoyed being a homemaker and caring for her family.
