Scott, Lorene Viola, of Bath, New York and formerly of St. Peters, Mo., went to be with her Lord on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at the age of 89. Lorene was born September 11, 1921 to the late Andrew and Floy Dalton in Salem Ill., and was married to Charles W. Anfield (dec.) and later to Robert T. Scott who preceded her in death. She is survived by her children; Sandra (Harry) Taque, Sharen Anfield, Charles Anfield, Susan (John) Rumsey, Dennis (Jeanne) Anfield and Kevin (Sharon) Anfield; 23 grand children, 29 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild; one brother, Ron Dalton and one sister, Joann Decker. She is preceded in death by her sister Thelma Hasten, brothers Charles Dalton, John Dalton, and her brother who joined her in heaven on the same day, Lawrence "Larry" Dalton. Her adventurous spirit led her to live in many areas of the country as well as pursue many occupations and interests. She was employed as a secretary, Police Dispatcher, Park Service Ranger, and Avon Representative. She was a member of The Eastern Star, VFW Auxiliary Post in Colorado and American Legion Auxiliary, Post 173, Bath, NY. Memorials may be made to your local SPCA or The Disabled American Veterans.
