Loretta lived an eventful life and worked as a nurse at Firman Desloge Hospital in St. Louis City, then went on to work as a social worker through Grace Hill Settlement House in North St. Louis City. Loretta continued as a social worker once she moved to St. Charles County, then in Farmington Missouri, then in Branson Missouri, and completed her social worker duties once she moved back to St. Charles Missouri. Loretta served the public in that regard for 22 years and retired. Loretta met the love of her life, Charlie Davis, and began crafting.
