Higgins, Lorraine, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Saturday, December 4, 2010 at the age of 92. Loving wife of the late Howard Higgins; beloved daughter of the late Henry and Freida Marquard; devoted mother of Glenn (Joyce) Higgins and Barbara Moyers; cherished grandmother of Pamela (Jason) Penning, Gregory (Jackie) Higgins, Brian (fiancee Kari Keimig) Higgins, Carol (Don) Stano and Michael (Jennifer) Moyers; treasured great-grandmother of Jared, Jacob, Logan, Tyson, Jessica, Brandon and Matthew; beloved aunt, cousin and friend to many.
