Louell Gravemann

Louell Gravemann (nee Hackmann), of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Tuesday, September 7, 2021, at the age of 84. Beloved wife of Kenneth Gravemann; cherished daughter of the late Arthur and Olga Hackmann. Devoted mother of Kevin (Brenda) Gravemann, Keith (Marlene) Gravemann, and Sharon Flanigan; loving grandmother of Ashley (Drew) Woodling, Gina (Chris) Thomas, Cody Flanigan, Ryan Gravemann, and Cassy Flanigan; treasured great-grandmother of Claire Thomas and Amber Thomas; dear sister of the late Mildred Mallinckrodt, Norbert (MaryAnn) Hackmann, and the late David Hackmann; sister-in-law of Marvin Mallinckrodt and Sherry Hackmann Louell was a lifelong member of Friedens United Church of Christ and taught Sunday School for several years. She was a homemaker the majority of her life. She enjoyed doing Word Search books, writing poems, and in her younger years she played Sequence and other board games with friends and family. She always enjoyed going out to eat. She loved children and always enjoyed watching her grandchildren. She was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and liked watching them on TV. Louell was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Memorials may be made in Louell's name to Friedens UCC or Alzheimer’s Association.
