Louis Fred Becker

Louis Fred Becker, of O’Fallon, MO, passed away Monday, April 29, 2024, at the age of 86. Beloved husband of the late Virginia Ann Becker; cherished son of Frederick and Eleanor Becker. Devoted father of Sandra (David) Keeven, John (Sandra) Becker, Joan Eleanor (Jason) Genovese, Julie (Tim) Randolph, and Christopher Becker; loving grandfather of Elizabeth Becker, Jacqueline (Jeremy) Frey, Dustin Reppell, James Becker, Stephanie Becker, David (Jenna) Genovese, Melissa (Ben) Yates, Erin Randolph, and Arianna Lorraine. Preceded in death by sister, Judy (Terry -living) Barry.

Louis, a devoted man, found his soulmate in 1961 and married the love of his life. She became his everything, cherished dearly throughout the decades. As an engineer for over 40 years, Louis demonstrated dedication and skill in his profession. Beyond his work, he possessed a vibrant personality, marked by a keen sense of humor. His joys included fishing trips, leisurely rides, and the nostalgic melodies of big band music. Louis was a connoisseur of classic cinema, and his affinity for boating reflected his adventurous spirit. A true gadget enthusiast and skilled handyman, he could mend anything with ease, his tools treasured as much as his family. Generous with his time, Louis would go to great lengths for his loved ones, his laughter and kindness leaving a lasting impression on all those around him. Louis was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
