Beloved husband of the late Pauline Powelson; dear step-father of Janice (John) McGlasson, and Paul (Loga) Feagan; dear brother of Carolyn Wermuth, and William (Peggy) Powelson; dear grandfather of 4. Preceded in death by parents, Reed E. and Viola Powelson. Mr. Powelson was a member of Masonic Lodge 558 AF & AM; 50-year member of Lincoln County Lodge #682 Winfield MO; American Legion Post #312 St. Charles, MO; and was a Lifelong member of Friedens UCC in Moscow Mills, MO He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and the Korean conflict and was an Agriculture Research Technician for Monsanto Company, for over 30 years.
