Black, Lowell F., of O'Fallon, Missouri, died on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at the age of 84. Loving husband of Madonna L. Black; beloved son of the late William A. and Eileen A. Black; devoted father of Susan (John) Conley, James (Mary) Black, and Kathryn (Glen) Parker; cherished grandfather of Dan, Amy, Tim, Molly, and Kelly Conley, JJ and Megan Black, Christopher Parker, and Mary-Kate (Michael) Alldaffer. He is preceded in death by his brother William C. Black.
Lowell was employed as a Senior Executive at Amoco Oil for 38 years. He loved sports, and enjoyed golfing and fishing. Most of all he was a devout Christian. Lowell will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
