Hartman, Loyde E., of St. Charles, Missouri, died on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at the age of 75. Devoted husband of Anita Geri Hartman; dear son of the late Walter and the late Viola Hartman; loving father of Deborah (Michael) Flaugher, Karen (Terrence) DeGrasso and Randall (Terra) Hartman; dear godfather of Pam McIntyre and Cheryl White; cherished grandfather of Keith Flaugher, Kerri (Scott) Wallace, Angelina DeGrasso and Crystal Fry; survived by many nieces and nephews and his faithful dog, Ruby. He is preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Alvin Hartman, Marvin Hartman, Arlena Karrenbrock, Ruzilla Scott and Lorraine Hanebrink. Loyde was a Production Controller for McDonnell-Douglas for 30 years and a member of the American Legion - Post #312, Machinists Union #751. He was an avid hunter and fisherman belonging to the NRA and St. Louis Bow Hunters. Loyde is a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Parkinson Foundation.
