Buckley, Jr., Lt. Colonel Harold E., of St. Charles, MO, died on Thursday, November 24, 2016, at the age of 82. Loving husband of Joyce A. Buckley; beloved son of the late Harold, Sr. and Florence Buckley; devoted father of Dareck (Jan) Clanton, Christine (William) Howle, and Dave (Linda) Buckley; cherished grandfather of 9; treasured great-grandfather of 2; dear brother of Mike (Jan) Buckley.
Harold proudly served his country in the United States Airforce and the National Guard during the Vietnam War and the Berlin Crisis, he retired after 21 years.
