Dearest mother and mother-in-law of John (Kim) Jakubec, Michael (Lee) Jakubec, and Kathleen Jakubec. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Michelle, and Monika Jakubec, Matthew Roark, and Dakota Jakubec. Beloved sister and sister-in-law of Mary (Gene) Faulstich, Edward Fleischmann, Frank Fleischmann, and Joanne (Tom) Yates. Special aunt, great aunt, great great aunt, cousin, niece and special friend to many. Memorials may be made to the Leukemia Society or to Our Lady of the Snows in Belleville Illinois.
